RETURN POLICY AND PROCEDURE

Return Policy

You may return products up to 30 days from invoice/ship date. All items must be unused and in sellable condition with original packaging and tags attached. You may receive a refund or replacement item(s).

If we ship you a product that is wrong or defective we will refund your prepaid return ground shipping charge (up to $9). Otherwise, all returns must be returned prepaid. We suggest you return your product shipment through UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post for tracking and insurance reasons. You are responsible for your return package until we receive it. Original shipping charges will not be refunded unless the item is defective.

All return products must be sellable. All items must be new, unused, unwashed, and in sellable condition with original packaging and tags attached. Items with any odor (smoke, deodorant, detergent, cologne/perfume) or hair (human or animal) will not be accepted. Shoes cannot be worn and must include undamaged packaging. (Walk on carpet to confirm shoes fit. If they need to be returned for another size they still can be since the bottoms are not dirty). Eyewear must have no scratches and be in new unworn condition. Videos, Cd’s, and DVD’s must be unopened and in original packaging.

*Sorry, but all orders shipped with a free freight discount and returned for refund will be charged the original shipping charges.

Return Procedure

1. Email info@13thgreen.com anytime. List your name, your invoice number, the product you are returning, and the reason for your return. We will then issue you a Return Authorization Number. No return shipments will be accepted without an RA #.

3. Package the items and include a copy of your invoice and your return form. Write the RA# on the outside of the box. Remember, No boxes without an RA# will be accepted. For your protection we recommend you return your items via UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post for tracking purposes. Insurance is also available. Remember, You are responsible for your return package until we receive it.
